Scope

These terms apply to contracts between Jacob | Strathmann GbR (“we”) and consumers (“you”) for goods from the SINCE online shop (since-berlin.com).

Formation of the contract

Product presentation does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing payment via Stripe (card, PayPal, or other methods offered by Stripe), you submit a binding order. The contract is formed when we accept payment via Stripe and/or provide an order confirmation, depending on the flow implemented with Stripe.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT, plus shipping.

Delivery

We ship within Germany only. Shipping cost and delivery time are shown before you complete the order.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Liability

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations; in that case liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, together with the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state where you habitually reside, where these are more favourable to you.
